Shareholder information plan
Next, Martin Fraser, the Chairman, gave a short description of the plans for the next Shareholder information.
The information will be released on our Homepage – www.kvanto.com and sent to all shareholders by either E-mail or post.
Integral will be responsible for the distribution.
The info is to be released within 2 weeks – Shareholder responses will be requested to be within legislation requirements. Shareholders have 25 days to respond.
Introduction of Derek Frost
Derek Frost is from Boomerang Oil. The company was originally hired by Antavorta and Listing Partner to take KPS Ltd public, but was taken off the job by Antavorta and Listing Partner more or less at the same time as the Agreement with KPS Ltd was signed.
